Working with an existing building means having to work with placement for the water and electrical stub ups. Here we will have to be creative in making the connections look like a design intention as they will need to travel a foot to where the ideal location is.
Architectural plans are “plans” but in the real world, nothing beats a mock up on site. Here we try to make sense of the space with the largest piece of furniture in the rooms, a king size bed mocked up.
