The dormer windows are up (too bad, the scaffolding blocks a clearer view). The bay windows are also installed.
Attempting to capture an angle of the bay window and got a magnificent ray of sunshine with it. On the Ground Floor, the flue (the silver colored tube that juts off the stone wall) for the living room fireplace is in place. Ingenious way of creating racks for drying the wood trims.…

The two original restored bay windows (at the rear and at the side) were installed while we were at the Conference. What a difference it makes. All these restored architectural elements are what makes this house historic. Fifty years of neglect made good today !

Reinstalling the original redwood bay window, relatively in very good condition- needing just sanding and a fresh coat of paint.
