Our St Helena blacksmith, Silver, did a marvelous interpretation on the front gates that he derived from my design of the iron balconies. Very happy with the final product and you can see Richard is proud !
Laying the European White Oak hardwood floor planks on the Mansard Roof Floor. The cork underlayment is an added layer for added insulation and sound proofing. While investigating the options on the direction of the planks in the landings where we have a marquetry center.

The 4 days straight of heavy downpour leaves us with a lush and vivid green. And this morning the Francis House received our order for 15 gallon English Laurel hedges which made us look like a nursery. Seeing this marks the beginning of our landscape work.
