224 photographs, 75 pages of architectural plans. 2 Letters. Multi colored pens for marking. Multi colored binder clips. Multi colored post it notes – all strewn on our dining table. Many late nights working on our Tax Credit application. After 3.5 months, we finally have our dining table back
We will be cladding the columns with these original stone we salvaged from the property.
The Newel Posts are up. Worth all the hours tracking architectural salvage companies nationwide for seven (7) antique solid mahogany newel posts. It was a feat to find a set of 7!

The Utility Building has been a neglected child the past few months, using it as a storage space for the interior doors, then for redwood sidings. But last week it got some love in getting its new standing seam metal roof. We are moving along.

When stress takes over (happens all the time), meeting our dynamic PR duo is always a treat, especially on a birthday “meeting” ! And a birthday is never complete without a cake and a candle. Happy Birthday dear Monty!
